Richmond another opportunity for victory

DRIVER: Regan Smith / No. 7 TaxSlayer Bowl Chevrolet

RACE: Furious 7 300 (200 laps / 300 miles)

TRACK: Chicagoland Speedway

DATE: Saturday, Sept. 19, 2015

Quotes | Regan Smith “We had a great opportunity at Richmond to earn another victory for TaxSlayer, but we were just too loose over the final run to get it done. We ran pretty well, leading 20 laps, and started on the front row in the final restart, and that’s good, but it could have been better at the finish. Heading back to Chicagoland, we are fighting as hard as we can to cut the point deficit down, and with eight races remaining, we have to be perfect from here to be at Homestead with a chance at the trophy.”
